Many of the repairs, maintenance, and upgrades that we offer can be performed in-store at BANG! Music.
For repairs we are not equipped for, rebuilds, and advanced service needs, we have aligned ourselves with a number of top service providers in the region.

We can also act as a customer advocate and go-between for factory service issues, such as warranty repair or replacement. We have decades of experience in shipping delicate instruments and equipment to and from service centers all over the United States. See Store Policies for more information.

Payment for repairs is due at drop-off, prior to service, and is non-refundable. BANG! Music is not responsible for repaired items left with us after 90 days. We are not responsible for hidden damage or age-related parts issues.
