Inventory Returns and Refunds

In-store

All purchases may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

Any item that has been used, is damaged, or is missing packaging may be subject to a restocking fee calculated from the original purchase price.

For a lightly damaged item or package, a 10% restocking fee will be assessed. For a return missing its original packaging or exhibiting extensive damage, a 25% fee will be assessed.

Lesson Refunds

There are no refunds for lesson payments. Consult your instructor for changes in schedule or credits for invoiced payments.

Repair Policies

Payment for any repairs performed is due at drop-off, prior to service, and is non-refundable.

Items must be picked up within 90 days of completion of repairs. We are not responsible for any items left with us after 90 days.

We are not responsible for hidden damage or age-related part issues.

Customer Advocacy

BANG! Music can act as a factory representative for any product that we sell. We handle returns, repairs and replacements under the manufacturers warranty. All terms and conditions must be approved by the manufacturer before submitting an instrument.

In the case of sending a product to a manufacturer for service, the customer is responsible for prepaying any freight and evaluation costs.
